Tectyl 930: SAE 30 Preservation Oil
Tectyl 930 is an API CH-4/SJ SAE 30 engine oil with corrosion preventive properties. It is intended for preservation and break-in of suitable petrol and diesel engines in ground equipment.

Select where the equipment manufacturer requires SAE 30 and the listed performance level. Confirm the engine’s maintenance requirements before use; it is not a vehicle underbody coating.
Military, defence and naval requirements
Manufacturer information states corrosion-property compliance with MIL-L-21260 and lists MIL-PRF-21260E, MIL-L-2104 and MIL-L-46152. Military, defence and navy shore-support teams should match the SAE 30 oil to the specified ground-equipment engine and request current compliance documentation.
