Tectyl® 4D750 is a resin/oil-based, light yellow, liquid corrosion preventive formulated with a minimum of volatile organic components. It is designed for industrial application, penetrating folds, flanges and cracks inside car doors and other hollow sections of cars and rolling equipment, and cures to a light yellow, translucent, semi-soft film.

Surface Preparation
For best results, the metal surface should be clean, dry and free from rust, oil and mill scale. The substrate temperature should be between 10°C and 35°C when you apply the product.
Application
Supplied ready to use. Do not thin.
Apply by low-pressure air spray at 10-35°C.
4D750 is chemically drying: limit contact with air in the container by tying the plastic inner liner around the suction tube, and keep containers closed when not in use.
Removal
While still wet: Remove with Tectyl® Biocleaner, Tectyl® 150 or low-pressure steam.
After drying and curing: Remove with Tectyl® 150 or Tectyl® Biocleaner.
Storage & Shelf Life
Store between 10°C and 35°C.
Do not allow the product to freeze.
Agitate gently before use; viscosity can change during storage.
When stored correctly, the product is best used within 9 months of the production date.
Coating Compatibility
Nothing can be applied over Tectyl® 4D750, and products underneath are not recommended.
